What we collect

• Quote form: your store or business name, your name, email, phone (optional), state, website (optional), the toys in your quote cart with their quantities, anything else you write, and the language of the page you used.
• Wholesale account form: business name, contact name, email, phone (optional), website (optional), store type, state, whether you have a resale certificate, the certificate file you attach, your message, and the language of the page you used.
• Email: whatever you send to business@a2onegroup.com, including resale certificates.
• Your quote cart: the toys you add are kept in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there on your next visit. They are not sent to us until you submit the quote form, and the cart is emptied after a successful request.
• Preferences: your browser also remembers whether you already opened the gift at the entrance during this visit, whether sounds are on and the language you chose. These stay on your device.
• Visit statistics: if enabled, we use a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, open and manage your wholesale account, send your price list, source and ship your order, and reply to you. We do not sell your information. We share item details with our suppliers and carriers only as needed to quote, source and deliver your order.

Where it is stored

Form submissions, including the resale certificate you attach, are received and stored by our website host (Netlify) and are only available to us; we get an email notice with a private link. Please do not send other sensitive personal information such as ID numbers or bank details through the forms.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and account information for as long as we need them to quote, fill orders and keep our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing business@a2onegroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is for businesses that resell toys. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
